SEASON 2008-2009 LINE UP
|
|
The FA have announced the league line-up's for next season.
As has happened in every year since the original
reorganisation of the leagues, there are a few surprises.
Chatham Town will not be pleased that they have been moved
to Ryman League Div 1 North. Into our league come Folkestone
Invicta (relegated), Fleet Town and Godalming Town (sideways
move from the Southern League), Crowborough Athletic
(promoted from the Sussex County League) and Merstham
(promoted from the Combined Counties League.).

BRICKIES LOTTERY

The Brickies
lottery is one of the main sources of income for the club. The
lottery offers 5 weekly prizes of at least £50 each for a
modest outlay of just £1 per week, this weeks winners win £51.70.

JOE DOWLEY DOES THE DOUBLE
|
|
The end of season presentations were held immediately after
the Corinthian-Casuals match and Joe Dowley walked off with
both Players player of the year (for the second year in
succession), and Player of the year.
Other winners were

Supporter of the
year : Neil Cornelius
Young supporter of
the year: Nicole Byrne
There was a special
presentation by the supporters club to supporters club
chairman Steve Davies whose work has taken him to Yorkshire
meaning that he, Libbie and Owain have left the area.

PATRONS CLUB

The club is exploring the possibilities
of forming a Patrons club and all local (and not so local)
businesses are invited to contact us for further information
(via the contact button in the top bar please).
It is envisaged that for a small annual
sum members of the club will receive special privileges and
hospitality at home matches.

There are
plenty of opportunities to sponsor the Brickies this season
from sponsoring a players sock! to having a web site advert,
a programme advert or sponsoring the match ball or a whole
match. It's well known that the club can't survive on gates
alone, so sponsorship is vital.

clubhouse
is for hire at a very reasonable £50 per booking.
The clubhouse is brand new, has a small dance floor, and is
suitable for up to 120 people. Drinks are very competitively
priced.

MATCH DAY MASCOTS
|
|
Become a Sittingbourne FC Match Day Mascot. Cost is £45 for
the package which consists of
entry for the mascot and three guests, a photograph
with both teams and the officials. Seats for the mascot and
three guests in the stand, free half time tea, coffee or
soft drinks from the tea bar and Burger or sausage and
chips vouchers for the party to use, also at the tea bar.

free to the mascot, Photograph memento of the day (also
